Happy Birthday, Tom Daley!

Tom Daley celebrates his 30th birthday today, making him the man of the moment. After flirting with the idea of retirement, the Olympic gold medal diver now finds himself back on the Olympic team, representing Great Britain in the upcoming 2024 Olympics in Paris. As part of his training, Tom has been uploading vlogs on his Youtube channel, as he prepares to compete in synchronized diving with his latest partner Noah Williams. In honor of Tom's big day, the blog looks at one of his recent, more cheeky vlog entries as he took viewers through his daily routine while away from home training. This included spending some time in his hotel room in some revealing underwear and later lowering his shorts as he explained his use of a muscle stimulation device. He also took part in a preliminary competition with Noah, where the duo took second place.
