Niko Terho on Grey's Anatomy (2024)

Episode 8 of the twentieth season of the ABC medical drama Grey's Anatomy continued the drama occurring between the interns at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital. Simone & Lucas (played by Niko Terho) continued to dance around each other, and their emotional connection after recent dramas saw them at odds. But as the interns were finally allowed back into surgical rotations, they found themselves working side by side and the episode ended with another emotional moment shared between the two, which led to them having sex. Niko's shirt came off for the brief scene. After being the series' MVP when it came to shirtless scenes last season, this was Niko's first shirtless scene for Season 20.
