Deniz Akdeniz on Ghosts (2024)

Deniz Akdeniz returned to the CBS comedy Ghosts for Episode 10 of the third season, appropriately titled "Isaac's Wedding." The residents of the haunted B&B were preparing for Isaac & Nigel's gay ghost wedding as Isaac remained haunted himself by fantasies of the stripper from his bachelor party, Chris (played by Deniz). He was convinced he was simply having cold feet about his nuptials and he looked to keep Chris off his mind, just as Chris arrived, revealed as the wedding DJ, hired by Jay, unaware of Isaac's past with him. The other ghosts urged Isaac to listen in as Sam asked him questions, designed to convince Isaac (played by Brandon Scott Jones) there was no connection beyond his enjoyment of Chris' abs and Chris' shared interest in dinosaurs, but Chris revealed to the living Sam & Jay that he was also gay, and a huge fan of civil war history, causing Isaac to panic even more. Deniz showed off his great chest in two scenes. He popped open his shirt to interrupt the wedding in Isaac's dream to start the episode, and later lifted up his shirt to wipe sweat from his face, as he brought in his DJ equipment in front of Isaac. In the end, Isaac would call off his wedding, realizing that he was missing something in his relationship with Nigel (played by John Hartman) and didn't want to make a mistake with marriage.
