Noah Beck & Milo Manheim on Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. (2023)

The penultimate episode of the second season of the Disney+ series Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. featured the final shirtless scenes of the season. Guest star Noah Beck was shirtless for the entirety of his appearance in the episode as Matty, a soccer player who interacts with leading lady Lahela and her best friend Steph, who looked to distract Lahela from the hospital and her patient/love interest Nico (played by Milo Manheim). It didn't work for very long as Lahela quickly bypassed Matty and scored a goal before rushing off back to the hospital. Milo also ditched his shirt for the episode as Lahela & Nico hit the beach briefly after her treatment plan for his leukemia proved successful, giving him a new lease on life.
