Murray Bartlett & Nick Offerman on The Last of Us (2023)
Episode 3 of the new hit HBO series The Last of Us told a story of love in the post-apocalyptic world. After years of living in his abandoned town, Bill (played by Nick Offerman) crosses paths with wandering traveler Frank (played by Murray Bartlett). What begins as a simple offering of lunch turns into a years-long romance as the two men's companionship grows stronger and they become dependent on the one thing that gives them the will to survive. Both Murray & Nick were shirtless for the beginning of their first love scene. The Last of Us was renewed for a second season on the heels of this critically-acclaimed episode.
