25 Days of Gays: A Thousand Clouds of Peace (2003)

Presented entirely in black and white, the Mexican film A Thousand Clouds of Peace tells the story of Gerardo (played by Juan Carlos Ortuño) a teenager roaming the streets of Mexico City, lamenting the end of his relationship with his older love Bruno (played by Juan Carlos Torres). With each man he meets reminding of Bruno, Gerardo struggles to face his future, while attempting to hold onto all he can from his past. Ortuño shows frontal nudity in multiple scenes. Torres appears shirtless in flashbacks. The film's writer/director Julián Hernández also wrote and directed the previous 25 Days of Gays entry I Am Happiness on Earth and the gay short film Bramadero.
