25 Days of Gays: José (2018)

25 Days of Gays comes to an end for this month with the Guatemalan film José. It centers on the title character, a 19-year old living with his mother in a violent community, spending most of his time working and seeking connection through his phone while engaging in random hookups with men. When José (played by Enrique Salanic) meets Luis (played by Manolo Herrera), he embarks on a secret romance that brings him passion and relief from his harsh life. But when Luis seemingly disappears, José is determined to find him and hold onto his spark of hope, while facing the realization of how little he knows about his new love. Enrique & Manolo were both naked for the film, showing rear and frontal nudity.
