Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Giovanni Ribisi & Charles Parnell in A Million Little Pieces (2019)

Based on the book of the same name, A Million Little Pieces centers on James Frey (played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson), a writer struggling with addiction who attempts to regain control of his life after being sent to a rehabilitation center. Aaron, who also co-wrote the screenplay, got multiple skin scenes, showing rear and frontal nudity. His co-star Giovanni Ribisi also got naked showing frontal nudity during his character's shower encounter with James. Charles Parnell appeared shirtless for his role as Miles, James' roommate at the rehab center.
