Horror Hunks: Joey Mendicino in Rest Stop (2006)

Rest Stop tells the story of Nicole, an aspiring actress who runs away from home with her boyfriend Jess, only to fall victim to a maniac at a rest stop after Jess is abducted, leaving her in a fight for survival. Joey Mendicino played Jess and ditched his clothes for a love scene early in the film as the couple pull off the highway for sexual pit stop which is spied by the film's truck-driving killer. Jess emerges from the car later that night to urinate while naked, though that scene appeared to employ a body double.
