Ross Lynch in My Friend Dahmer (2017)

Ross Lynch took on the role of notorious serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in the film My Friend Dahmer, which chronicled Jeff's teen life, including his struggles to fit in at high school. The film includes Jeff's growing interest in Dr. Matthews (played by Vincent Kartheiser) whom he spies during his routine jogs. This ultimately leads to a scene with Jeff getting a medical exam at the literal hands of the older doctor. Ross gets a rear nude scene as his underwear comes off for the exam.
