Matthew Lewis on Girlfriends (2018)

The new UK series Girlfriends centers on Sue, Gail & Linda, three aging women who find their lapsing friendship strengthened by new dramas surrounding their lives and families. Matthew Lewis stars as Tom, Gail's troubled son who invades her home due to his legal problems. While under house arrest, he walks around in his underwear after applying tanning lotion in the first episode. Matthew gets to show off his chest in the process. The series also features a gay subplot involving Sue's son Andrew (played by Philip Cumbus) who has been keeping his sexuality a secret from her. His final scene sees him sharing a bed with his boyfriend Rob (played by Nav Sidhu).
