Jason-Shane Scott in The Wrong Roommate (2016)

The Lifetime original movie The Wrong Roommate centers on Laurie, a young college professor who house-sits for her sister, watching over her niece in the process. She discovers that the house also has a tenant in the guest house, Alan (played by Jason-Shane Scott). The two share an instant attraction, but when Laurie's ex-fiancé pays several unexpected visits, Alan goes out of his way to protect her, even resorting to nefarious tactics to draw her closer.
