David Berry on Outlander (2024)

The STARZ drama Outlander recently returned from a lengthy hiatus, resuming Season 7. Episode 11 of the season found leading lady Claire heavily mourning the apparent death of her husband and great love Jamie. With a determination to keep her safe from the army, Jamie's friend Lord John (played by David Berry) married her with the intention of shielding her from any persecution given her role as a rebel like her husband. Given John's own deep depression over losing his friend and longtime crush Jamie, he looked to share his grief with Claire, leading to a confrontation that ended with the two having off-screen sex. The next morning, John & Claire had a lengthy conversation about their love of Jamie and John's last years alone. While he relayed a story to Claire about a relationship he's shared with another man, he also made it clear that he had no regrets. David showed some partial side nudity for the scene, in addition to being shirtless. The episode would end with the two in shock as Jamie returned, explaining his latest escape from death.
