Horror Hunks Classics: Kevin VanHentenryck in Basket Case (1982)

Kevin VanHentenryck starred in Basket Case, the body horror that centers on Duane (played by Kevin), a young man who travels to the big city carrying a large basket holding the extremely deformed body of his twin Bilal. Duane goes looking for justice from the doctors that performed the forced surgery that separated the conjoined twins, while Bilal sets off on a spree of vengeance that ultimately leads back to his own brother as jealousy and rage take hold. Kevin stripped down for the role, as Duane was shown running down the street naked in a dream sequence. Kevin showed frontal nudity for the scene, in addition to a shirtless bed scene.
