Alex MacNicoll & Spence Moore II on Brilliant Minds (2024)

Episode 4 of the new NBC medical drama Brilliant Minds included a bit of shirtless screentime for cast members Alex MacNicoll and Spence Moore II. The interns were shown in their locker room area getting ready for their shift. As the ladies chatted, Van (played by Alex) could be seen changing his shirt. The trio was then joined by Jacob (played by Spence), the fourth in their quartet. He proceeded to change his shirt as well, as the scene came to an end. Spence also showed off a bit of his chest back in Episode 2.
