25 Days of Gays: The Trace of Your Lips (2023)

25 Days of Gays comes to an end for this month with The Trace of Your Lips. The Mexican drama tells the story of obsession and sexual tension that develops between Román (played by Hugo Catalán), an actor and Aldo (played by Mauricio Rico), his neighbor making ends meet with odd jobs and online sex work. In the time of isolation due to the pandemic, the two men can see one another from their apartments where they are forced to stay due to local laws. They connect online and begin a long-distance flirtation that turns to temptation until the sexual tension boils over and they can no longer resist one another. Hugo & Mauricio both showed rear and frontal nudity for the film. It also featured rear nudity and flashes of frontal from Pocholito Tamayo, who played Daniel, another hook-up of Aldo's. Luis Vegas showed frontal nudity for his small role as Diego, a young man that Román has sex with despite the quarantine lockdown. Pascacio López appeared shirtless in his role as Gilberto, an older man that Aldo meets for sex. This film marks Hugo Catalán's fifth appearance in the 25 Days of Gays feature after the previous entries 4 Moons, I Am Happiness on Earth, Tell Me About You, and Velociraptor.
