25 Days of Gays: Boy Culture (2006)

The award-winning romantic drama Boy Culture, from director Q. Allan Brocka (Eating Out, Eating Out: Drama Camp, Eating Out: The Open Weekend, Still Waiting in the Wings), tells the story of X (played by Derek Magyar), a male escort who doesn't believe in relationships, as he narrates about his romantic entanglements with his two roommates, Andrew & Joey. X harbors a crush on Andrew (played by Darryl Stephens), while the younger Joey (played by Jonathan Trent) does his best to get into X's pants. Darryl & Jonathan both showed rear nudity in the film. Derek got several shirtless scenes, along with Patrick Bauchau, who played Gregory, an older man that pays for X's companionship, leading them to develop a special friendship. John Ma & Brian Bufriend both appeared shirtless playing random club boys that X comments on while watching them flirt. Chris Barrett, Tye Blue, Eric Douglas, Martin Squires & John Torregiani appeared shirtless playing a group of guys playing soccer outside of Gregory's apartment. Gay film veteran Jesse Archer (Into the Lion's Den, A Four Letter Word, Slutty Summer, Violet Tendencies) has a small cameo in an open shirt. Chris Bethards & Joshua Boswell showed a bit of skin as their characters made out in flashbacks to Gregory's coming of age. Darryl Stephens was previously featured in the 25 Days of Gays entries, Another Gay Movie & From Zero to I Love You.
