The horror-themed romantic comedy Lisa Frankenstein follows the teenager Lisa, an outcast who spends her free time pining away in an abandoned cemetery, when a freak accident brings her deceased crush back to life. She keeps him a secret, while trying to collect his needed body parts and navigating her new high school. At the same time, Lisa takes an interest in her classmate Michael (played by Henry Eikenberry). Henry ditched his shirt in a climactic scene where Lisa finds Michael in bed with her adopted sister Taffy. He shirtless for the entirety of the scene as Lisa confronts Taffy, just before The Creature arrives, finding a new body part when he chops off Henry's penis. While the body part was not explicitly shown, Henry did have multiple full nude scenes for his previous appearance on Euphoria.
