Tom Blyth in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes (2023)

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes chronicles the young life of Coriolanus Snow (played by Tom Blyth), who would eventually become the tyrannical President of the fictional land of Panem. The young Coriolanus looks to regain his family's financial standing by becoming a mentor for the 10th annual Hunger Games. But when he's assigned to mentor the young female tribute Lucy, the two fall in love, putting him in a conflict between love and loyalty. Tom got to show off his chest in multiple scenes of the film.
