Horror Hunks: Mazin Akar, Kaolin Bass, Julián Mercado & Miguel Michel in Blood-Red Ox (2021)

Blood-Red Ox is a homoerotic psychological horror film from Bolivian filmmaker Rodrigo Bellott. It tells the story of gay couple Amir & Amat who are invited on a trip to a Bolivian rain forest. Their secluded romantic getaway soon turns dark as Amat (played by Kaolin Bass) begins to experience terrifying visions of a giant humanoid ox. As Amir (played by Mazin Akar) tries to break Amat from his seeming paranoia, Amir begins to lose trust in the world around him and his own sanity. Both actors showed rear nudity during the film, with Kaolin also showing frontal nudity. Julián Mercado also appeared shirtless in his underwear as Amro, who appears halfway through the film, confusing Amir with his appearance as his boyfriend while Amir's mind breaks down, putting him in the place of Amat. Bolivian bodybuilder Miguel Michel appeared as the humanoid ox and showed rear and frontal nudity as well.
