Luke Cook in Follow Her (2023)

The thriller Follow Her tells the story of aspiring actress Jess who takes kinky jobs for wealthy men looking to explore their wild sides. She secretly films the interactions and uploads them to the internet, fueling her own personal success. But when she responds to a job listing from Tom (played by Luke Cook), she discovers that he's looking for help writing the ending to his screenplay, where the two of them are the only characters inside a remote cabin. Jess is soon left in a fight for survival. Luke was shirtless for a lengthy bondage sequence where Jess got him bound and prone to her whims.
