25 Days of Gays: Egoist (2023)

Egoist is a gay film from Japan. The drama follows Kôsuke (played by Ryohei Suzuki), a fashion magazine editor who lost his mother as a teen. He meets and falls for his personal trainer Ryûta (played by Hio Miyazawa), and the two strike up a romance. As they grow closer, Kôsuke begins spending time with Ryûta and his working class mother. When Ryûta dies unexpectedly, Kôsuke dedicates his time to caring for Ryuta's mother to help him cope with his own grief. Ryohei & Hio were shirtless and showed some partial rear nudity. There was also rear nudity from two clients of Ryûta's, after it is revealed that he is making more money for his household through prostitution.
