Paul Mescal in Carmen (2023)

The latest film adaptation of the opera Carmen re-imagines the tale with young Carmen escaping a murderous cartel when she crosses paths with Aidan (played by Paul Mescal), a young man who gets pulled into her life, attempting to help her reach safety as a means of making money. When the two fall in love, their fates intertwine. But when they find safe refuge, it isn't long before fate once again intervenes. Paul got several shirtless scenes in the film, as his character practiced boxing and later took part in an underground bare-knuckle boxing match. He was also shirtless for a love scene.
