Jonah Hauer-King in The Little Mermaid (2023)

Disney's live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid cast Jonah Hauer-King as Prince Eric. The story remained mostly faithful to the animated classic but did manage to do something the cartoon didn't. Prince Eric's chest was put on display in a few water scenes, as he was pulled from the water by the mermaid Ariel early in the film and later escaped the water during the film's climax. On both occasions, his white shirt was left open and soaking wet.
