Darren Barnet & extras on Never Have I Ever (2023)

The final season of the Netflix comedy Never Have I Ever couldn't come to an end without getting cast member Darren Barnet out of his shirt, which the show managed to do in every previous season. With his character Paxton now working as assistant swim coach at the high school after his disastrous freshman college semester left him dejected, he was back in the constant presence of his friends. Episode 7 found him struggling to balance his job with his peers who were still students. This included Nate, a chronic washout for swim team tryouts who talks Nate into personally coaching him to make the team. One of their lessons included Paxton gratuitously removing his shirt to join Nate in the pool. The episode also featured several shirtless extras as part of the swim team scenes. Recurring actor Benjamin Norris showed a bit of his chest for his role as Paxton's best friend Trent, who is raised up to get to a beer keg at a student party that invades Paxton's home.
