Niko Terho, Anthony Hill & William Martinez on Grey's Anatomy (2023)

The two-hour Grey's Anatomy season finale featured multiple shirtless scenes. Cast member Niko Terho ditched his shirt in both hours as his character Lucas' simmering storyline with his fellow intern Simone reached a climax. She left behind her fiancé Trey (played by William Martinez) at the altar and united with Lucas at the hospital. Their clothes came off for a love scene in Episode 19. Things picked up from there in Episode 20 with the two lying together in the aftermath, with Niko still shirtless. They were then blindsided when Trey was admitted to the hospital. William was shirtless as Trey was treated for his shoulder injury, which led to a confrontation with the duo. Cast member Anthony Hill was also shirtless in the episode as his character Winston shared a seemingly romantic reunion with his wife Maggie, as they worked to figure out what to do about their marriage in the wake of her move out of Seattle.
