Milo Manheim on Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. (2023)

Season 2 of the Disney+ series Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. introduced a new love interest for leading lady Lahela, as her relationship with Walter became strained. She began spending more time with Nico (played by Milo Manheim), a leukemia patient at her hospital. Episode 6 found the two spending an entire day together, which included riding Nico's motorcycle and jumping into a waterfall. Milo got out of his shirt for the occasion. The episode ended with Nico back in the hospital and Lahela telling him that they had to put their potential romance on the back-burner after she came up with a new treatment plan, which would make him her patient.
