Max Milner on City on Fire (2023)

The new AppleTV+ series City on Fire tells the interconnected stories of a group of New York residents who all share a connection with a young college student Sam who is shot by an unknown assailant. Among the characters is musician Nicky Chaos (played by Max Milner), whose name is apt given his penchant for arson-related activity in the city, which Sam gets involved with. He shows some skin in Episode 1 while performing on stage, ultimately ditching his shirt for multiple scenes. Nicky also shares some history with William (played by Nico Tortorella), the two share a brief reunion backstage after the performance, as William deals with his own drama related his estrangement from his family, and his heroin addiction, which puts him at odds with his boyfriend Mercer (played by Xavier Clyde). The two shared a kiss in the first episode. Nico also showed off a bit of skin in a tanktop.
