Rob Lowe on 9-1-1: Lone Star (2023)

This week's new episode of the FOX first responder drama 9-1-1: Lone Star got leading man Rob Lowe shirtless. Episode 10 of the fourth season found Rob's character, Captain Owen Strand, speaking at a cancer fundraiser, being held at his fire station. While there, he meets a potential new love interest in Kendra. It's not long before they leave the event behind to hit the sheets. Rob was shirtless for his bed scene taking place the next morning, as Owen wakes up to find Kendra has already left.
