Niko Terho on Grey's Anatomy (2023)

New addition Niko Terho is quickly becoming the MVP of Grey's Anatomy's nineteenth season when it comes to shirtless scenes. Niko was back out of his shirt again for this week's Episode 10. As his character Lucas continued to struggle with his feelings for his fellow intern Simone, he looked to move past their connection in the wake of Simone's engagement in the previous episode. This meant jumping into the sack with another co-worker, which quickly made Simone jealous. The two crossed paths in the hospital locker room at the end of their shifts. Lucas changed shirts as Simone attempted to give him the cold shoulder when it came to his chatting. This led to more shirtless screentime for Niko.
