Steven on Send Nudes: Body S.O.S. (2022)

The UK reality series Send Nudes: Body S.O.S. explores various people and their personal body image issues that have them contemplating surgery. With the help of innovative science, they are presented with realistic avatars that show them how their bodies might be transformed with various surgical options. Episode 1 welcomed Steven, a gay man doing work in porn who wishes to have a larger penis to enhance his work. He strips naked for the initial photography session, as images are taken of his full body to create his interactive avatar. This leads to frontal and rear nudity. In the end, Steven declines the surgical options after hearing the feedback on his body from the gallery of strangers who praise his current physique and penis size. There's also male skin in the show's opening title sequence, including some rear nudity. Steven is featured there as well. Later, Steven learns about non-surgical options which include the use of a penis pump which is demonstrated by an unnamed man.
