365 Kisses of 2022

The countdown to 2023 is on and as the year winds down, it's the perfect time to look back and celebrate queer kisses presented in 2022. The number of kisses in this year's feature once again increased over last year, with a whopping 365 kisses between gay, straight, bisexual, transgender and non-binary actors from across the world. This year's post features kisses from television, streaming, feature films, short films, web series, reality series, cartoons, music videos, commercials and documentaries. 

Queer content was on the upswing once again this year, with multiple actors featured for sharing kisses in multiple projects. Bradley Gibson (Power Book II: Ghost, Partner Track), Claude Knowlton (Under Wraps 2, We Wish You a Married Christmas), Harry Styles (My Policeman, Don't Worry Darling), Keiynan Lonsdale (My Fake Boyfriend, Step Up: High Water, "Magic Mikey" Music Video), James Scully (Fire Island, Titans), Jay Lycurgo (Titans, The Bastard Son & the Devil Himself), Mike Mulderrig (Ex on the Beach, All Star Shore), Milton Barnes (Station Eleven, Locke & Key), Zachary Quinto (American Horror Story: NYC, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder), Zachary Roozen (Requiem for a Scream, Romeo & Juliet Killers) and Zane Phillips (Legacies, Fire Island) all put their lips to work for more than one role. 

This year's feature also includes six actors returning for their landmark fourth appearances in the feature. Adam Faison, Casey Cott, Chandler Massey, Michael Vlamis, Rafael de la Fuente and Tyler Blackburn have the distinction of appearing in every one of the blog's Kisses of the Year features. Great work, gentlemen! 

It wasn't all good news though as this year saw another wave of series featuring queer content come to an end. 2022 saw the ends of Animal Kingdom, The Bastard Son & the Devil Himself, Dynasty, Fate: The Winx Saga, First Kill, Legacies, Locke & Key, Love, Victor, The Midnight Club, Partner Track, Promised Land, Queer as Folk, Roswell, New Mexico, and Tom Swift. Some of those series are featured below for the first time and all of them are featured for the final time.

As the world counts down to 2023, here's a look at a whole year's worth of kisses to help you ring in the new year!
