Following in the footsteps of the UK documentary Me and My Penis, the new Channel 4 documentary My Massive Cock chronicles the trials and tribulations of a group of men and how their large penises have affected their lives in various negative ways, from public embarrassment to problems with clothing to relationship issues. Given the context, the documentary included frontal nudity as well as rear nudity from the participants, including Scott, Andy & Joe who get focus segments.
