Chris Hemsworth on Limitless with Chris Hemsworth (2022)

The National Geographic special series Limitless with Chris Hemsworth followed movie star Chris Hemsworth on his journey to explore ways of living better to maximize the human lifespan. Episode 1 had Chris confronting his issues with stress and learning to control his response to stress. This involved him taking part in some training in a pool, which of course required him to get out of his shirt. He was shirtless for a lengthy sequence during the episode.
