25 Days of Gays: Saint-Narcisse (2020)

The Canadian drama Saint-Narcisse spins a twisted tale of Dominic (played by Félix-Antoine Duval), a young narcissist whose life is turned upside down when his dying grandmother reveals to secrets: his mother did not die in childbirth, and he has a twin brother Daniel (played by Félix) who has been raised in a monastery. Dominic sets out to find them, leading him to a remote cabin where he finds his mother before heading off to the monastery, where he discovers his brother is being abused by a depraved monk (played by Andreas Apergis). Infatuated with the sight of themselves, Dominic & Daniel connect sexually, before switching identities as Dominic intends to seek revenge on the priest and Daniel shocks their mother with his existence. Félix showed rear and frontal nudity in both roles. There was also rear and frontal nudity in a sequence featuring Félix alongside several skinny-dipping monks played by Anthony Belsile, Laurent Beaudin, Jordan Clyde & Thomas Niles. The film was written and directed by Bruce La Bruce (Gerontophilia, Otto; or, Up with Dead People).
