25 Days of Gays: Great Freedom (2021)

The German film Great Freedom explores the bond that develops between Hans and Viktor, as they build an unlikely friendship over a series of decades while they are in prison in the 1950s and 1960s. Hans (played by Franz Rogowski) is repeatedly incarcerated for publicly expressing his homosexuality in oppressive post-war Germany, while the homophobic Viktor (played by Georg Friedrich) is serving a lengthy sentence for murder. Franz showed rear and frontal nudity in the film. Anton von Lucke also showed rear nudity for his role as Leo, a prisoner who Hans bonds with after crossing paths in prison for the same crime. Thomas Prenn was also shirtless. Johannes Scheutz showed partial rear and frontal nudity for his minor role as one of Hans' bathroom hookups.
