K.J. Apa on Riverdale (2022)

This week's new episode of Riverdale found leading man Archie (played by K.J. Apa) putting his body on the line for the show's main villain Percival, who punished Archie's construction crew for going on strike putting Percival's railroad plans on pause. After he retaliated, Archie got him to back off by agreeing to do the work himself. This led to several scenes of a shirtless Archie working on the railroad. Meanwhile, Kevin (played by Casey Cott) broke away from Percival's influence, filling in his friends on the evil warlock's plans. This put him back in their good graces and got him an invite to the wedding of his ex-fiancé Fangs and Toni after he dropped his custody lawsuit with the two over their baby Anthony. He attended and performed with his rekindled romantic partner Moose (played by Cody Kearsley). With Percival setting in motion plagues of an apocalypse, the residents were under fire and the final plague meant the death of the town's firstborn children, causing many of the show's characters to drop dead during the wedding reception, including Archie, Toni & Fangs. While the remaining residents dealt with their grief, Kevin was left in possession of baby Anthony.
