The February 8th episode of The Young & the Restless found love coming to the forefront for several duos in Genoa City, including Lily & Billy (played by Jason). The couple ended the episode with some romance on the couch once again. Billy's shirt was absent for their post-sex canoodling in their final scene of the hour.
