Luke Bilyk on The Porter (2022)

The new CBC/BET+ collaboration is the period drama The Porter, which tells the story of risk and sacrifice when a group of railway workers from both Canada and the United States come together to form the first Black worker's union. Luke Bilyk stars on the series as Franklin, a wealthy heir, trying to get out from under his father's thumb. He finds himself getting romantically involved with bartender Lucy in Episode 1. He's shirtless for their sex scene and the bed sequence that follows, as the two get to know each other and Franklin offers to help Lucy get closer to her dreams of becoming a New York singer. While she declines his offer, the scene ends with a kiss between the two.
