Soapy Sunday: Carson Boatman on Days of Our Lives (2021)

Carson Boatman ended 2021 with lots of shirtless screentime on Days of Our Lives. The December 27th episode of the daytime drama opened with his character Johnny in bed with his new bride Chanel on Christmas morning, as they discussed sharing their surprise wedding news with his sister Allie, causing them to leave the bed behind. The December 31st episode found the characters preparing to ring in the new year. However, Johnny & Chanel's New Year's Eve was spent in the bedroom, as Johnny was feeling sick. They hung out in bed with him shirtless, until being interrupted by Allie & Tripp. Allie looked to apologize for her negative reaction to their wedding with champagne to toast the new year. Carson was shirtless for all of the episode until the very final moment, when it was revealed that Johnny was now possessed by the devil.
