Will Peltz & Yancey Arias in 13 Minutes (2021)

The disaster film 13 Minutes tells the interconnected stories of a group of small town residents whose lives are impacted when a tornado strikes, forcing different ideologies to cross paths and be confronted in a fight for survival. One of the film's storylines revolved around Luke (played by Will Peltz), a young man struggling with his sexuality. His secret relationship with ranch hand Daniel (played by Davi Santos) is threatened when Daniel gives him an ultimatum to come out or give up what they have. Luke comes out to his parents minutes before the tornado strikes. He rides out the event with Daniel and comes out on the other side to find his father severely injured and his mother disowning him. In the end, Luke finds some peace in Daniel's embrace. Will was shirtless for his first scene as he laid in a motel room bed. Yancey Arias was also shirtless for his first scene, playing Carlos, an undocumented worker whose injury in the tornado forces him and his love Ana to make a decision about their future together.
