The Australian holiday film Christmas on the Farm tells the story of Emmy, a New York socialite who is forced to return to her Aussie roots when she passes off her deceased mother's cooking journal as her own book just in time for Christmas. The publishers, including Jack (played by Darren McMullen), travel to her family farm to meet the woman behind the words, leading Emmy to take on her mother's rural lifestyle, with the help of her cousin David (played by Hugh Sheridan) and his love Miles (played by Nicholas Brown), who have been caretakers of the property. Hugh got multiple shirtless scenes during the film and Darren stripped down to his underwear for a late night swim.
