The Season 1 finale of the Disney+ series Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. featured one final shirtless scene for recurring actor Alex Aiono. Episode 10 found leading lady Lahela having a big decision to make about her future when her boyfriend Walter (played by Alex) prepares to leave for a surf tour. She decides to go with him for their relationship, leading Walter to drop out of the tour so she won't give her medical career. In the end, she goes to him and encourages him to go on the tour without her. He's shirtless on the beach for their final chat.
