Adam Kaplan & Raymond Cham Jr. on The Big Leap (2021)

The penultimate episode of the FOX series The Big Leap found the dancers preparing for their big Swan Lake finale and thinking about the future in the wake of the death of one of their own. Simon (played by Adam Kaplan) found his frustration and fear over a long-distance relationship with Justin (played by Raymond Cham Jr.) reaching a breaking point. The two were shirtless for their sleepless night together. Justin pulled Simon from the bed for a dance where they made their feelings for one another clear, with both wanting to be together and to make Swan Lake a success, ending in a kiss. The talk turned out to not change Simon's fear of heartache, leading him to break-up with Justin minutes before the performance was set to begin. The episode ended with a power outage, putting the live show in danger.
