Based on the true story, Ted Bundy: American Boogeyman follows FBI agents Kathleen McChesney and Robert Ressler in their manhunt to apprehend notorious serial killer Ted Bundy (played by Chad Michael Murray). The drama featured an extended shirtless scene for Chad as Ted was shown having a sexual encounter with several mannequins, imagining they were real women.
