Episode 2 of the new Disney+ series Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. featured another shirtless scene for Alex Aiono. The episode began with leading lady Lahela finding herself confused after a casual encounter with Walter (played by Alex) at the beach, despite their kiss in the previous episode. While trying to treat a young man whose lost feeling in his legs, she also tries to decipher Walter's feelings towards her during the episode. Alex was shirtless for the beach scene.
