25 Days of Gays: Our Lady of the Assassins (2000)

Based on a novel, the Colombian film Our Lady of the Assassins is a drama about companionship told upon the backdrop of a lawless time in Medellin, a Colombian drug town where armed teenagers carry out ruthless assassinations. Aging writer Fernando (played by Germán Jaramillo) returns to the town where he quickly crosses paths with former gang member Alexis, now working as a prostitute. The two share an instant connection and become inseparable until Alexis (played by Anderson Ballesteros) is gunned down at Fernando's side. Fernando is left angry and goes about trying to find the killer. Along the way he meets Wilmar (played by Juan David Restrepo), another troubled young man who reminds Fernando of the fallen Alexis. As they grow closer, Fernando makes the shocking discovery that Wilmar was behind Alexis' death and that the cycle of violence in Medellin may be more than he can ever live with. Anderson & Germán were both naked for the film with Germán showing rear nudity for a sex scene while Anderson showed rear and frontal nudity. Juan appeared shirtless in multiple scenes.
