Soapy Sunday: Rob Wilson on Days of Our Lives (2021)

Independence Day occurred in the town of Salem during the July 1st episode of Days of Our Lives. The episode found many residents looking to celebrate in their own ways. The episode began sadly for Rob Wilson's character Ben as he experienced another nightmare featuring his wife Ciara, reminding him of her desire for a divorce given her amnesia about their time together. He answered the door shirtless to find Ciara's niece Claire who sought to drag Ben out of his place and into the sun for some time at the lake for the holiday. Ben reluctantly went along and later ditched his shirt alongside Tripp (played by Lucas Adams) as Claire & her cousin Ally revealed to them that they discovered a body in the lake. The shirtless Ben & Tripp retrieved the body of Dr. Snyder and spoke with detective Eli upon his arrival.
