Paul W. Downs in How It Ends (2021)

How It Ends is an apocalyptic comedy that centers on a young woman Liza, who goes on a journey through Los Angeles, making her way to her last party before the world ends. Along the way, she and the metaphysical version of her younger self encounter eclectic residents, leading to comedic situations. One of those quirky characters is Sal (played by Paul W. Downs), a man that Liza comes across walking down the street wearing just a red speedo. He reminds her that he was her first kiss when they were young. He reveals that he is now a sex therapist and was just leaving a session with a couple, where he helped them in their pool. Paul was shirtless for the entirety of his appearance in the film.
