Jesse Lee Soffer was back out of his shirt on Chicago P.D. in Episode 11 of the eighth season of the NBC police drama. The hour began with Jesse's character Jay in bed with his lady love Hailey. The couple happily canoodled under the sheets for the scene, until Hailey retreated to the bathroom, leaving a topless Jay behind.
